Brief Bio
Ehsan Haghani is a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science at UC-Berkeley. He is a member of VIP Lab and working with Prof. Avideh Zakhor. He
got his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical and
Computer Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology under
supervision of Prof. Nirwan Ansari
in Sep. 2009. He has a M.Sc. in Communications Engineering from Chalmers
University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Sharif
University of Technology. He worked as an intern in the Bell laboratories,
Alcatel-Lucent, Murray Hill, New Jersey, in summer 2008 and in Verizon, Basking
ridge, NJ, in summer 2009. He is a member of IEEE and he has been a member of
WiMAX Forum since 2005.
Research
Interests:
Ehsan's research interests are in various aspects of Networking
including Wireless Networking, Multimedia Networking, Resource Allocation,
and Cross-Layer Design.
